By enrolling in or accessing any services provided by Father's House Christian Center (FHCC), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our services.

FHCC provides Christian education and related services to enrolled students. Our services include, but are not limited to, classroom instruction, extracurricular activities, and spiritual guidance.
3. Registration and Account Security

- You must notify FHCC immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- FHCC reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our discretion.

Students and parents/guardians agree to:

- Comply with all FHCC policies as outlined in the handbook, including dress code and behavior standards.

5. Payment and Fees
- Tuition and fees must be paid according to the schedule outlined in the enrollment agreement.
- Late payments may result in late fees or suspension of services.
- FHCC reserves the right to modify fees with reasonable notice.
6. Intellectual Property
- All materials provided by FHCC, including curricula and educational resources, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
- Staff, students, and parents/guardians may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without FHCC's express permission.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
FHCC collects and uses personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
8. Limitation of Liability
FHCC strives to provide a safe and nurturing environment but cannot guarantee against all risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FHCC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
9. Termination
FHCC reserves the right to terminate services for violation of these terms, failure to pay fees, or any other reason deemed appropriate by FHCC administration.
10. Changes to Terms
FHCC may modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Continued use of FHCC services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where FHCC is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
